Appetizer Meal

This weekend we went to an Amish Market. The Amish are dressed in their dress's and apron's with the hats also. Their produce and meats and bakery items are fresh and yummy. We bought bakery items and TOMATO's. mmm. So I had to make this appetizer meal today. thought Id share it with you.

Bruschetta:
Mix tomatoes, purple onion, and cubed mozarella cheese (i bought 3 cheese sticks), a little evoo and salt and pepper.
Lightly fry sliced french bread ( i saw this on the "Julia and Julie" movie and it inspired me)

Wings:
Pour a large bag of wings, 1 can of pepsi, and a bottle of bbq sauce into crock-pot. cook on high for 5 hrs. Cut up celery sticks and serve with ranch dressing.

Savor the last days of summer.
