Last October I lost 24 pounds in one month and have kept most of it off ( only gained back 5 pounds!) yes it is a little difficult but well worth the pounds. I highly reccomend the hcg diet it's only 21-40 days and then 2 -3 was of Maintenance.It's life changing.as I prepare to try again this year I am reminded of choosing my carefully what I eat.
